New 20 Watt Power Amplifier Module From AR Modular RF Covers 1930 – 1999 MHz Frequency Band For CDMA Applications

Bothell, WA - 10/4/06 - AR Modular RF has introduced a new SCPA linear solid-state power amplifier module designed for CDMA applications. The Model CMS1040 delivers 20 watts of power and has a nominal 54dB gain. It is powered by 27VDC with efficiency higher than 12%.

The amplifier module, which meets the FCC specifications for digital modulation, is rugged and unconditionally stable, making it suitable for all types of applications. It is protected from high temperature, over-power, DC failure, VSWR, and device failure.

Model CMW1040 is part of AR’s extensive new family of power amplifier modules for wireless applications such as CDMA, HDTV,WiMAX, and more.
