AR Modular RF Adds 30 Watt / 460 - 470 MHz Power Amplifier Module For Wireless Applications

Bothell, WA - 12/21/06 - AR Modular RF has added a new SCPA linear solid-state power amplifier module to its family of amplifiers for wireless communications. Designed for CDMA applications, the new Model CMW1030 delivers 30 watts of power and has a nominal 54dB gain. It is powered by 27VDC with efficiency higher than 12%.

The CMW1030 meets the FCC specifications for digital modulation. It is rugged and unconditionally stable, making it suitable for all types of applications. It is protected from high temperature, over-power, DC failure, VSWR, and device failure.
