The AR-20 man-packable booster amplifier covers the 30 - 512 MHz frequency range with available LOS and SATCOM. It delivers a full 20 watts of RF output and has a wide range DC input supporting battery and vehicle power sources. It supports most radios including AN/PRC-154 Rifleman, AN/PRC-152, AN/PRC-148, and others. The unit, which weighs only 2 lbs., operates with multiple waveforms such as AM, FM, HPW, SINCGARS, IW, ANW2, SRW, WNW, ASCM, and more.
Two models are available. Model AR-20 includes UHF SATCOM band LNA. Model AR-20B does not include LNA. Higher power versions are available, AR-50 with 50 Watts and AR-75 with 75 Watts, and the AR-125R rack mounted with 125 Watts output. AR-20R and AR-55L Wideband Network Amplifiers
