Model KMA2040-M15 is a RoHS compliant 200 Watt, 1 – 25 MHz RF power amplifier module designed for OEM applications or integration into a user system. The module is comprised of a printed wiring assembly housed in a machined aluminum enclosure with feed-through capacitive terminals for connection to an external DC power source.
